The advanced analytics group at Shell have been working with bat365 to define approaches to radically shorten the process of operationalisation of engineering analytics projects. In this talk, we share our approach to building analytics stacks to serve algorithms for process monitoring and predictive analytics based on a three-step approach: definition of use case, proof of concept, and platform.
