Regression Analysis with MATLAB: New Statistics Toolbox Capabilities in R2012a
In this webinar, you will learn new R2012a-related capabilities in Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox. bat365 engineers will explore an enhanced interface for regression analysis including fitting, prediction, and plotting. The interface also provides native support for dataset arrays and categorical data. These new capabilities speed up data analysis, produce more compact and readable MATLAB code, and eliminate the requirement to manually manipulate matrices.
Product demonstrations will feature applied examples of linear, nonlinear, and logistic regression including:
• Generating predictions
• Evaluating goodness-of-fit
• Plotting fits and residuals
• Outlier detection and robust regression
