Mondi Gronau Develops a Predictive Maintenance and Process Monitoring System Using Machine Learning

Mondi Gronau developed a failure prediction and process monitoring system using machine learning algorithms and acquired machine data. Working with bat365 Consulting Services, they developed a MATLAB® application and user interface that displays sensor data from machines to enable operating staff to monitor the machine states. This sensor data is also used to calculate predictions of machine conditions to reduce waste production.
