Accurate Simulation of EV/HEV Power Electronics Switching Events for HIL Testing
Learn how to use FPGA technology to perform real-time simulation of FEM-based motor models while capturing power electronics switching events. This talk describes a system-level model of motor and inverter deployed to run at a rate of 1 MHz on an FPGA using HDL Coder™ combined with Simulink Real-Time™ and Speedgoat real-time hardware.
